Job descriptionDUTIES:
General Planning:
- Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive planning of routine and turnaround activities in your designated area.
- Ensure that necessary personnel, tools and equipment, identified by site supervisors, are identified on the area plan.
-Work closely with client planning department to understand their requirements and expectations.
Material & Maintenance Management System Administration:
- Coordinate all company interaction with the client MMMS in your designated area.
- Provide training and coaching in the use of the client MMMS.
- Manage and control the input of data into the MMMS by Petrofac personnel.
- Ensure administrative backlog is maintained at appropriate levels as agreed with Area Coordinator.
Performance Data Management & Processing:
- Identify, understand and monitor all data required to support company performance justification on a daily basis. This includes all data required to calculate equipment availability, planned maintenance downtime, overdue work orders, ratio of corrective to preventative maintenance activity and spare parts cost reduction.
- Identify any gaps, weaknesses, mistakes or trends in the performance data to the Area Coordinator as they are discovered.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports as defined by Area Coordinator and Management Team.
RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
- Ideal candidate should have Engineering Degree with minimum of 8 Years experience in similar field including 4 years in a maintenance planning role within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Conversant with planning elements of project management.
- Computer literate and fluent in English.
