Production Manager - Paint/Powder Coat/Heavy Equipment

Location: Seattle, WA, USA
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY in the Seattle, WA area for a Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years hands-on work experience with paint processes. In addition, you MUST HAVE a 4 year degree in an Engineering or Technical Field or in Business; general knowledge of OSHA / WISHA safety standards; implementation of ergonomic principles; strong skills using MS Word, Excel, and MS Project; prior leadership experience. Your Lean Manufacturing experience will be a plus in this position.Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: directing manufacturing process; ensures manufacturing activities are performed in a safe manner; will manage wet paint and powder coat paint operations; lead continuous improvement in safety, quality, and delivery; create and manage area budget; monitor and reduce costs associated with production system. Your compensation will be commensurate with your expertise and experience. Relocation assistance may be available for this position.
