Responsibilities:
Manage projects in a heavy industry plant. The value of the projects is usually between 10K and 500K
Perform the project control of the mechanical discipline (cost/schedule/estimate/forecast)
Define scope of work
Manage and execute the engineering
Assume responsibility for the quality of deliverables handed over to clients, QA coordination
Assume responsibility for project budgets and schedules
Provide technical support to construction sites when necessary
Able to manage client relationships and a project team
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 7 years experience in the heavy industry field, preferably in plant engineering
Member of PEO and having the P.Eng. Certification
English spoken and written. Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
Experience in consulting engineering and heavy industries
