QualificationsSuccessful candidate will be P.Eng. recognized by APEGGA.
• Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering degree preferred.
• Must possess a minimum of 10 years oil and gas experience.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ResponsibilitiesProcess simulation of oil and gas processing facilities.
• Lead the development of PFDs, H&MB and P&IDs
• Process design and sizing of various gas processing facilities
RequirementsProficiency with HYSYS and related simulation software is required.
• Execute PFD and P&IDs for standard oil and gas processing facilities
• Execute process design deliverables though application of processing principles and design practices
OpportunityProjects and clients include Owner and Midstream companies developing new and existing oil & gas processing facilities
• The Process Engineer will have the opportunity to have a greater involvement with the Project Engineer on the overall project. There is a strong opportunity for accelerated career development within this group through the involvement in several process design projects.
