A new project is coming online in the near future and there are currently considerable exploration programs underway.

This position is based at the new copper/zinc underground operation that will begin production in the next few months. Reporting to the Chief Geologist (based offsite) and managing a small team, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in this role. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Establishing and maintaining Geological systems, models and databases
Providing mentorship to all geological personnel
Developing and delivering reports to management as required
The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications in Geology coupled with solid experience in an underground environment. Experience with Surpac will be highly regarded as will specific experience with base metals. The ability to work autonomously is essential and we are really looking for someone to take ownership of this operation.
