This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with an exciting Company. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated person to take on the role of Administration Officer in our Belmont office.

Being an essential part of the Administration team your duties include, but are not limited to:

Ensure accurate data entry into all company databases

Meet and greet clients

Answer and direct all incoming calls

Distribute and dispatch all mail, arranging couriers when required

Ensure Reception and kitchen are kept clean and tidy at all times

Develop and then maintain all filing and archiving processes

Produce information in report format from databases

Enter CV and candidate information on the system, and update regularly.

General office and administrative duties as directed by Office Manager

To be successful in this role you will:

Ideally you will have experience in a similar position

Have moderate to strong knowledge in Microsoft office.

Experience in using Pronto, Taleo, ACT, CETS preferred

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have a positive attitude with an autonomous approach to your work

Demonstrate the ability to priortise and perform multiple tasks.

Previous experience working in the mining or engineering industries preferred
