Project Manager – Shaft Experience South Africa
Contract/Permanent management level position in the Mining sector in Melville, Johannesburg in South Africa (Gauteng).
Seeking project managers with the following experience:
o Minimum 5 years Shaft Sinking or contract mining experience o Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in the Mining Industry
The required qualifications are:
BSc/BTech Mining Engineering
Tertiary qualification in Project Management
A substantiated record of achievement in running safe operations a requirement
Candidates should be able to perform the following duties:
Manage Cost, Time, Quality and safety aspects of the Project
Manage Site execution in line with above
Supervision of site and sub-contractor staff
Ensure that all target dates are metManage company's contract with the Client in terms of the applicable Contract Document
Work in accordance with Client standards and procedures
