Our Client has formed an alliance with a dynamic Eurasian focused mining company that deals with exploration, mining, beneficiation and metallurgical processing of base and precious metals.

They are seeking to employ an experienced Site Alliance Manager for its clients operations where currently the annual design capacity of the concentrators is 13,000,000 tonnes of ore processed with molybdenum being the commercial mineral and copper a by-product.
You will be responsible for:

* Leading an integrated team to supply Integrity and Business Improvement services for specific site operations.
* Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded.
* Improve the site project activities on a long term basis using continuous improvement principles.
* Being an active participant in the modernisation of the Mine and Processing Operations.
* Providing strong HSE leadership.

To qualify for this position you will have:

* A Mining, or Mineral Processing Degree or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years industry experience as a project manager.
* Previous experience as a project manager on projects up to value of US$5m or a portfolio of projects up to US$20m annual total value.
* Experience in the evaluation, and implementation in a mine and processing operations optimisation environment.
* A proven ability in leading multidiscipline activities.
* A working knowledge of the Russian language would be advantageous.

This position is offered on a single status 6/2 week’s rotational FIFO roster from Point of Hire. An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.
