A chemical manufacturer in southern Arkansas is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. This is a degreed Chemical Engineer with at least 15 years experience who will lead the production units in the plant and provide technical expertise. Responsible for production, safety, environmental compliance, cost and budget, quality, staffing, and operational improvements. SAP experience is a major plus. Must have at least 5 years managerial experience in a chemical plant or refinery. Excellent benefits provided including bonus and car allowance. Outstanding relocation package!
