A privately held international company that operates a network of metal working mills in the United States has an need for a Process Engineer for it's Kentucky plant. In this role, the right candidate will be responsible for the overall improvement of the plants manufacturing process. This will involve the planning, organizing and leading the activities that define the production process that will support the designed changes to improve safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Utilization of lean manufacturing techniques, 80/20 and Kaizen is required. Must be able to use programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Microsoft Project, and Auto Cad proficiently. Will need a minimum of a Bachelors degree in engineering. BSME preferred. A minimum of five years manufacturing experience is required.
