Maintenance Supervisor - Aerospace/Composites/Fabrication

IMMEDIATE NEED. . . for a FAA Repair Station Supervisor to supervise a group of Technicians for a manufacturer of high temperature insulation products, sound dampening composite assemblies, and metallic seals. Primary responsibilities include examining flight hardware to determine repair or fabrication procedures; performing the in-coming review; ensuring proper handing of all parts; training technicians to use Hand tools, Power Tools, Dimensional Devices, etc.; and maintaining proper calibration on all precision tools and test equipment prior to use. You will also be required to comply with all safety policies, practices, procedures, and participate as a Safety Committee member. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED), Equivalent experience may be substituted. Must also hold current or previous Repairman Certificate, along with a minimum five years experience in a Manufacturing Environment. Candidates with experience in the repair of Composite Structures, Composite Bonded Assemblies, and an awareness of Composite Tooling Methods are preferred.
