Kinetic Recruitment Engineering is a leading supplier of engineering recruitment solutions to the Rail Sector within Australia. As a partner with some of the largest Rail companies in Australia, we are currently seeking an Engineers.

Kinetic Recruitment Engineering, being a major provider of highly skilled personal to the rail industry, are currently seeking applications for motivated, professional OHS AND QA Officer engineers for multiple locations in Australia.

These roles have become available due to an increase in work through winning of major contracts; This Company is a force in the industry. As an employer this company boasts excellent staff retention and has a policy of encouraging involvement with company growth as well and rewarding that work accordingly. This is not just another role but a major move which will enhance the successful candidate's career.

Of course not everyone will have the right skill set and so most or all of the following skills are a must in order to be successful with your application;

Internal Quality Auditor/Safety Auditor desirable;
Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training;
Bachelor of Occupation Health Safety is highly desirable;
Occupation Health Safety Officer or equivalent is essential.
3 years experience in a Heavy Industry involved in the following areas:
Quality systems and processes, OHS and risk management;
The role involves but is not limited to:

Ensure that each employee, subcontractor adheres to Health, Safety, Environment Community and Quality guidelines;
Ensure that system design integration occurs between the subcontractors' works;
Manage effective relationships with the major customer and suppliers and with local Rail authorities and infrastructure owners;
Maintain accreditations required to perform signalling works (DC);
Source an maintain specifications and standards for rail signalling and related works (DC);
Monitor, track and report the projects performance against the contracted obligations to the Rail Manager;
