Piping Project Engineer

Our client is quite unusual. They are responsible for the design, construction and operation of plant that is absolutely at the forefront. The Sydney plant employs leading edge technology concerned with total waste recycling. The organisations culture is absolutely first class and offers superb experience and career development. This project is the first of a number.

The role works reports in conjunction with another piping engineer in an energetic and experienced project team. Construction has reached the pipe work installation stage. The team now require additional commissioning support. This role requires someone who can interpret drawings, foresee technical issues and construction bottlenecks and liase with contractors. Overall project size approximately $50m.

Some Flexibility - This role may suit an experienced engineer who may not wish to work full time. You will need to have hands on pipe work installation Mechanical Project Engineering experience. You may be an engineer but you will be able to point to a successful career in process / materials handling / chemical process plant design and construction. You may have had experience in the mining, chemical, power or similar industries.
