Job Dimension:
In charge of the review of the technical documentation (calculations notes, drawings, MTOs, survey and routing related documentation, etc…) pertaining to the following Contracts and Subcontracts:
- Site Preparation (outside the boundaries of the Oil Center, LPG Center and Wellsites);
- Access Roads to various sites above;
- Flowlines and Pipelines;
- Temporary Construction Facilities.Coordinate and Manage Interfaces with the Lead Civil and Layout Engineers.
Main activities:
• Review and comment all the documentation produced by the EPC Contractors and Subcontractors listed above and Third Parties and check compliance with the Contract document;
• Closely coordinate and work with the Project Team members (Engineering Manager, Lead Discipline Engineers, Interfaces Manager and Engineers, EPC Project Engineer and Construction Manager);
• Provide support to the Project Construction (Site) team as required, in particular for Field Engineering related activities;
• Provide support to the Project DCAS and DCC for the compilation of the Final Documentation;
• Control Interfaces Management activities and related reporting;
• Provide Surface facilities Manager, Engineering Managers and Planning Engineer with the relevant information needed for Project reporting in general.
• Report directly to the Surface Facilities Engineering Manager.
• Coordinate with all Project members, primarily: Engineering Group Discipline Engineers but also Interfaces Group and Drilling Department
Location:
• Located in the EPC 1 Contractor offices (Roma) with frequent trips and missions to Site, Site Preparation and Roads Subcontractors and EPC 2 Contractor offices.
Requirements• Chartered Engineer with proven experience on similar Oil and Gas Project, in an EPC CONTRACT context
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Also familiar, with proven experience, in Infrastructures related Projects: roads, logistics camps, temporary construction facilities, site preparation work in particular in Italy.
• Proven knowledge of the Italian Laws related to the discipline.
