Power generation company in the Knoxville, TN area, is in search of a Lead C02 Process Design Engineer for an immediate direct hire position. Qualified candidates will have a BSCHe and a minimum of ten years in process engineering in the Petrochem, Syngas or Gas industries. Experience in the commissioning of a plant in one of these industries and experience in construction and operation of a plant desired. Preferred experience included; P.E. License, mass transfer equipment, heat exchange equipment design, fluid & Gas transportation, reboiler design, gas/liquid absorption, electrolyte chemistry, chemical kinetics, vapor - liquids - solids equilibrium etc...
Responsible for the process and design work for the validation plants (either Chilled Ammonia (CAP) or Advanced Amine (AAP)) as well as the commercial reference plant, while ensuring conformance to codes, standards, and work instructions. Questions you will be asked:
• We require BSCHe and a minimum of ten years in process engineering in the Petrochem, Syngas or Gas industries. Can you meet these requirements?
