Organization/DepartmentOur client provides a wide range of engineering, construction, operations and maintenance, logistics and project management services to three markets: upstream, downstream and government & infrastructure.
The upstream sector includes oil and gas production facilities, pipelines, gas processing and liquefied natural gas production facilities and receiving terminals.
Job descriptionOur client has a requirement for a Structural Engineer in Kazakhstan on a project hire basis for the Kashagan Project.
The job holder will be responsible for the Hook Up Structural and related engineering activities for Construction Engineering support during inshore fabrication and offshore installation/hook up phases of the Project.
RequirementsA degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering
Experience of design, installation and hook up experience in offshore Oil and Gas Project.
Experience on Hook up design in large integrated mulitple module Projects involving shop drawings, job cards and mechanical completion package preperation and verification is essential.
