Multicultural environment The position is inside the Surfaces Facilities Department, seconded to the Engineering Team (10 experienced engineers), in a dynamic, multicultural context (EPC CONTRACTS) -
MAIN ACTIVITIES
• To assist the Engineering Manager for all Technical, Administrative and Management tasks inherent to this position,
• To support the Engineering Team Members for all technical and administrative tasks directly related to their disciplines,
• To process all correspondence log in/out through the computerized EDMS software PRODOM,
• To carry out all necessary administrative tasks such as mission orders, ticketing, absence forms, time sheets, maintaining Engineering Team filing system, stationary purchase,
• To provide secretarial assistance, handling telephone enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing mail,
• To compose routine correspondence and documents, preparing and processing data, typing correspondence, documents and presentation material in English, Italian and French if needed,
• To maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with EPC CONTRACTOR(s) and outside to the Project entities.
The position will report to the Engineering Manager
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• English written/spoken
• Italian fluent written/spoken
• Good level and professional training in administrative techniques,
• Highly proficient in the use of PRODOM (COMPANY EDMS software), Microsoft Office Software and Lotus Notes,
• At least 6 months of proven experience in the similar position, context and environment,
• Hard worker, good communication skills and discretion in handling confidential matters
