QualificationsSuccessful candidate will be P.Eng. recognized by APEGGA.
Must possess a minimum of 5 years oil and gas experience.
Conversant with API Rotating Equipment Standards (610, 611, 617, 682 etc.)
Act as expert for rotating equipment design, selection, operation, and maintenance issues.
ResponsibilitiesSpecifying, evaluating and selecting oil and gas processing equipment.
Preliminary piping design and analysis
Position will have a mechanical engineering role in facilities projects.
RequirementsMust have a minimum of 2 years working experience in Alberta.
Strong P&ID and mechanical drawing development skills are required.
Must be familiar with ABSA and AEUB requirements.
OpportunityThe successful candidate will work on smaller engineering projects up to $5MM in capital cost.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients on projects throughout Western Canada.
