A large mining and energy organization is seeking a Director Human Resources for its Colorado mining operations. The position is located near the resort community of Steamboat Springs, CO. The individual selected will be part of the senior management team and responsible for:

• Maintaining a union free environment for all existing and future operations
• Directing and overseeing the strategic HR business alliances
• Managing traditional HR programs including employment, comp, performance mgmt, benefits, communication and recognition efforts.

Candidate must have a BS degree; a mininum of 7 years progressively responsible HR assignments along with experience in a union free environment. Mining or heavy mfg exp preferred. Please submit resume and compensation. Only those candidates under consideration will be contacted.
