Manager - Refinery/Training/Center 125-150 K/yr

Location: Woodbridge, NJ, USA
Immediate need for this leading refinery in the northeast USA. Great salary, 20% bonus, and an excellent relocation assistance program. Management of all refinery training center activities. Position requires BS or BA degree (prefer Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development) with a minimum of 7 years of petrochemical refinery experience. A working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT training; CSP, ESH, HAZMAT, Industrial Training Certifications a plus. Supervisory experience a strong plus. Must have strategic vision and team building traits, along with initiative, customer focus and outstanding communications skills. Conduct needs analysis, curricula design, program development, training programs delivery and evaluation to ensure consistency with Refinery needs. Involved with following: Basic and Intermediate Operator-Gauger-Mechanic Training; Regulatory Compliance Refresher Training & Federally Mandated Training. Oversee New Employee and Contractor Safety Orientations, Refinery Tour Coordination, Spring-Fall Fire Brigade Coordination, Boiler License Training, Heavy Equipment Training, Classroom scheduling-preparation.
Questions you will be asked:

• Do you have a degree with 7 years plus of refinery and or heavy industrial training management expertise ? Describe a recent success story ?

• Have you worked with OSHA, EPA, and DOT training; CSP, ESH, HAZMAT ?

• Any Industrial Training Certifications ? Please list. Any supervisory experience ?

• Have you worked with any of following type training: Operator-Gauger-Mechanic Training; Regulatory Compliance Refresher Training & Federally Mandated Training. Oversee New Employee and Contractor Safety Orientations, Refinery Tour Coordination, Spring-Fall Fire Brigade Coordination, Boiler License Training, Heavy Equipment Training, Classroom scheduling-preparation ?
