Immediate need: Outage Sales Engineer

Searching for Technical Sales Engineers (3) with experience selling Steam and or Combustion Turbine Outage/Repair/Rebuild services to Utility power generation clients in Chicago/Midwest area or the Knoxville, TN and surrounding region(s). Requirements include an Engineering Degree or Technical equivalent and 8 + years experience assessing Outage/Repair work for bid responses, making Utility/Industrial customer calls, and servicing inquires from customers regarding combustion and/or steam turbine outages. Must have the demonstrated ability to do Technical presentations to executive and engineering level professional groups throughout the Midwest or Southeast. The successful candidate will be high energy, articulate, well presented, and have well developed, customer centric, interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Questions you will be asked:

• Do you hold a BS in Engineering or have the technical experience equivalent? In what discipline and where was it earned? If technical equivalent, please describe in detail. Please do not enter -see resume- for responses.

• Do you have 8 + years experience assessing Outage-Repair work on Steam Turbine power generation systems for technical bid responses, making in sales calls, and servicing inquires from customers regarding steam and-or combustion turbine outages? Where and when?

• Have you made technical presentations concerning Utility and Industrial outage and repair services to executive and engineering professionals? Where and when

• Are you available for 50- 75% travel in the Chicago or Knoxville region?

• Do you hold, or are you eligible to obtain, a U.S. passport?
