A major manufacturer in western Oregon, is looking to hire a Technical Process Manager with a BSCh degree, and 4 years experience in Polymer Extrusion processes. The successful candidate must have hands-on Project Management experience, Lean manufacturing methods ( TPM, SPC, waste reduction, etc.), and experience supporting continuous flow manufacturing processes; Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to supervising, directing and coordinating activities of technicians engaged in process improvement projects, repair and maintenance, equipment installations, and product development for a plastic extrusion product line. Local candidates PREFERRED.
