Construction Manager - Pipeline Constr./Operational/Maintenance

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, USA
Immediate position with an Oklahoma company for a Manager of Construction Services with experience in pipeline construction, maintenance and/or operations. Requires 8 years of pipeline construction experience in a related industry. An Associates Degree and 3 years additional years of oil and gas industry experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Experience with construction of pipeline projects in providing leadership and guidance for contractor services and code/standard interpretation. Experience on construction projects to assure compliance with standards, applicable codes, safety rules, drawings and specifications and continually working to improve quality of projects. Requires supervision of the construction foreman and collaboration with the project managares and scheduling personnel on project scheduling and resources requirements. Requires experience and general knowledge in reading maps, pipeline surveys, piping drawing and mechanical flow sheets. Must be familiar with engineering and construction standards and code requirements. Requires a working knowledge of 49CFR, Part 192, API 1104, and Api 1107. Experience with gas pipeline and compression operations is desired. Requires a basic knowledge of computer applications such as, Excel, Word, Office. Prefer previous management experience. Requires both office and outside work along with travel to various locations in support of construction projects.

Describe your experience in supervision of the construction foreman and collaboration with the project managers and scheduling personnel on project scheduling and resources requirements.

• Describe your experience and general knowledge in reading maps, pipeline surveys, piping drawing and mechanical flow sheets. Are you familiar with engineering and construction standards and code requirements? Explain. Describe your knowledge of 49CFR, Part 192, API 1104, and Api 1107. Do you have a basic knowledge of computer applications such as, Excel, Word, Office? Describe your experience with pipeline, processing or compression experience and previous management experience.
