Major power producer is searching for an INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER with 3 year experience to working their metro DENVER, CO or metro MINNEAPOLIS, MN office. The successful candidate will serve as a specialist for the instructional design, development, and maintenance of multi-media safety, technical, and compliance courses materials, and delivery systems for the Utilities Group organization. Conduct needs/audience analysis; design curriculum architecture and examinations to accomplish training objectives and mastery of subject matter; develops written and on-line training materials, graphics, and simulations; evaluate and revise learning processes and content. The position requires a Bachelors degree in adult education or instructional design and a minimum of three years experience in adult learning in a technical field. Must be skilled using the ADDIE model. Looking for candidates local to metro Denver or metro Minneapolis only.
