If you want to manage a team to deliver major national and international projects across a variety of industry sectors, this role could be for you.

Reporting to the regional director, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of designers and engineers, as well as managing client relationships to deliver significant structural engineering projects, primarily across the industrial, mining commercial and public infrastructure sectors. As well as your technical input to projects, you will be responsible for business development, bids, tenders and project planning, staff management and mentoring, Development and coordination of design projects, Assessment of feasible solutions for projects and Coordination with other departments

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 10 years experience in Structural Engineering, with a proven track record in managing project teams. Experience with software packages such as Microstran, Space Gass, Strand7, RAPT and ETABSis essential as is the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
