Our client is a well established, publically listed, Canadian mining company based in Vancouver.
The President and COO will be responsible for all day-to-day Canadian operating activities for the group of companies including finance, investor relations, raising of capital, and staffing, while making a significant contribution to the development of the strategic vision and plan of the companies. You will also have primary responsibility for leading the companies through the implementation and execution of the Board supported growth strategy.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor?s degree and 15+ years of related experience. In addition to your international mining background, you have experience in investor relations, investment banking, and a good understanding of capital markets.
