As a true market leader in their field, our client's vision is to be recognised as the predominant supplier of quality electrically engineered products, services and solutions in Australia. Their business has grown substantially in recent times, operating out of seven strategic locations throughout Australia and employing over 360 staff.

Due to the companys recent growth they are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of their workshop facility. Reporting directly to the firms General Manager, the successful candidate will be required to proactively identify and address issues relating to the performance of staff and equipment.

Ideally, you will possess extensive experience working within the electrical engineering and construction industry. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a team of 30 + trade workers and liase with demanding clients to ensure that their needs are met consistently. Experience working on projects involving MV and LV switchgear is desirable, however not essential to your success. This is a Perth based position with tremendous and negotiable remuneration packages on offer to match the very best in the industry.
