As Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will:
- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of engineers
- Design and oversee project delivery
- Coordinate and review input from multi-disciplinary team
- Prepare mechanical man hour and cost estimates for projects and feasibilities
- Provide support and expertise to Process and Construction Engineers
- Work and think independently to resolve complex technical issues

You will have strong analytical, time-management, written and oral communication skills, proven ability to coordinate & review multi-disciplinary design & documentation input, and a strong commitment to coaching and mentoring junior staff. Experience in mining, minerals processing, materials handing and/or heavy industrial and a willingness to travel will also be highly regarded.
