My Client is currently seeking the best talent within the Industry. They are a company that attracts the best candidates and constantly looking for proven Sales professionals within this space.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to sell an outstanding portfolio of Automation & Industrial Controls.
A Portfolio that includes PLC's / VSD's / Industrial Controls. Our aim is to sell their offering as a full solution rather than a component base offering. The products are at the forefront of the Industry and they continue to be the market leader on various products.
Working closely with the senior Business Managers your aim will be to work on major projects within your region. Our focus is multi million projects rather than small commodity based sells.
Selling with and through local partners some of the Industries we sell to is Food & Beverage, Water Industries, Mining, PetroChem and Pharma to name a view.
We also partner with OEM's, such as Panel Builders and System Integrators.
We have a constant flow of repeat business but we are keen to develop new business in the market as well.

We offer full in-depth training on all our products. Training & development is an on going process with regular training on current and new products as well as Sales training. We also have excellent support locally for all products which we deem essential for our sales staff.

The Requirements
Having a proven track record with a reputable company within the Automation / VSD / Industrial Control sector is essential.
If you are currently a Sales Engineer with 1-3yrs experience we can offer a sales engineer role. If you are a senior sales engineer the role can become a senior sales engineer. If you are BDM again we can offer you a BDM role. We are seeking talented professionals rather than a specific skill set. If you are a looking to develop your skill set and improve your salary this is an excellent opportunity.
Core product knowledge is important. Although we give full training all candidates must have good Industry knowledge
Working with various Business Managers is a major part of our business so you must be a team player. We work closely together on all projects.
Having excellent communication skills and relationship building is another key factor to being the successful candidate.
You will be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team and above all be hungry to step up to work for a major player in this Industry.
