An ACTIVE SEARCH is under way by our automation systems manufacturing client in SE Pennsylvania for a Senior Project Engineer with a strong process controls design background! Your responsibilities will include supporting the technical design of various projects, coordinating engineering team resources to ensure project completion as scheduled, and supporting the controls design, documentation, system configuration and field support. In addition to interfacing with the internal teams to achieve success, you will also review customer contract documents to ensure design is in compliance with project specifications and work closely with customers to review technical details and present controls design for review and approval.
Successful candidates MUST HAVE a BS Engineering degree (or related field), at least 5 years Power-related, process controls experience (power plant experience is a Strong Plus), DCS design experience, project team leadership ability, knowledge of ISO 9001 compliance process, and ability to use MS Access, Excel and Project. Additional Pluses: tuning experience in coal-fired power plans, turbine control expertise. Attractive salary (DOE) and benefits. Local candidates only, please!
