IMMEDIATE NEED for a Mechanical Drafter in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years HVAC and/or Plumbing drafting experience and must have experience with mechanical design, i.e. HVAC and Plumbing for commercial buildings, institutional, and light industrial buildings. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CONSULTING FIRM EXPERIENCE. Must have experience using AutoCAD 2005 and should have computing and document control skills. Responsibilities include drafting using AutoCAD, completion of design, translation of engineering mark-ups, and utilizing predefined company design/drafting standards. EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE REQUIRED. Salary is commensurate with experience. Excellent communication skills.
