An industrial construction leader located in California has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an Operations Manager to assist the district manager in overseeing the district operations. The right person will have at least 15 years experience with industrial construction projects, especially extensive experience in oil and gas production facilities, gas compression and transmission, and medium size power generation in geothermal, solar, gas turbines. Five of the 15 years are to be in a management position. You will have worked in a Service and Contract job performance company. Client would prefer the right candidate be familiar with fabrication and manufacturing of ASME pressure vessels and boilers. Educational requirements at a minimum are a Bachelors in Engineering or Construction Management. Client will be looking for extensive knowledge of accounting methods such as estimating and cost analysis skills, business development, marketing, and knowledge of sub-contracts. This position will be responsible for managing operations employees and the profit/loss performance of the district. The candidate with the skills and the experience requirements described; that is a People Person, has a Make It Happen personality, and has the ability to Multi-task; APPLY NOW.
