Searching for Electrical & Mechanical Engineers with energy conservation experience for full time employment in Charlotte, NC. Successful candidate(s) will have BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years over seeing the planning, development and implementation of energy conversation projects in commercial and industrial facilities. Experience must include preparing and presenting as found analysis and recommended improvements to perspective executive and operational personnel. Successful candidate will be analytical, high energy, computer literate and have well developed, commercially focused, interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Questions you will be asked:

• Do you hold a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering? In which discipline and where was it earned?

• Does your experience include 5+ years over seeing the planning, development and implementation of energy conversation projects in commercial and industrial facilities? Where and when

• Has it been your responsibility to preparing and presenting -as found- analysis and recommended improvements to perspective executive and operational personnel? Where and when?

• Using a scale of 1- 10, where 10 is the most competent, rate your skills using MS Office products including, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
