IMMEDIATE NEED for a Product / Application Sales Engineer in North of Chicago. Ideal candidate will develop compact hydraulic circuit solutions (screw-in cartridge valves + manifolds) for OEM's in mobile applications and work in coordination with Mobile Account Managers for direct accounts, and regional sales for Distribution Accounts. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Minimum three years practical field and sales experience in related job functions; Sales experience in quotation preparation and presentation; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Working knowledge of PC and MS Office software. Individuals applying for this position should have a strong working knowledge of cartridge valves in addition to extensive experience with various mobile applications. Prior experience in fluid power or related fields and mobile or industrial equipment applications is preferred. Application solutions work will be on an account and project basis, closely interacting with engineers at mobile OEM's. Travel will be required throughout North America in addition to occasional trips to Europe. Local candidates preferred.
