Our client is a leading electrical construction contractor is looking for an Estimator for its Wisconsin office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in estimating, scheduling, and planning outside electrical construction projects. If is preferred that all candidates have experience with transmission line, distribution line, and substation projects. Candidates applying for this position must be able to effectively communicate with engineers and managers in the field and report progress to management as required. Candidates should have strong skill in the use of estimating software such as MC2 or similar, be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word and have experience managing subcontractors. It is estimated that the Estimator should expect travel up to 25% of the time for this position. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Salary will be commensurate with experience and best fit for this position. There is opportunity for growth in this position to a Division Manager in the future. Local candidates are preferred for this position.
