Project Engineer is now needed for our client in the Houston, Texas area. Candidates will need a BS in an engineering discipline and 5 years experience as a project engineer with exposure in the oil and gas industry. Experience in design and project engineering of natural gas compressor stations for processing plants is preferred. The project engineer will oversee and manage oil and gas compressor station installations. Duties will include performing routine engineering calculations and preparing sketches and cost estimates for specific compressor station project assignments, review vendor drawings and bids to insure compliance. Knowledge of the different types of energy used to power these stations is helpful. Company provides benefits.
