Leader in the Agriculture Industry is ACTIVELY seeking a Factory / Project Engineer. Candidate must be able to complete independent engineering projects to achieve established objectives under minimal supervision. A BS degree in the appropriate engineering discipline with demonstrated knowledge of core business or related experience in a processing industry. Typically 2-3 years of applied experience. Candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate project information verbally and in writing and able to complete assigned projects within established parameters. Be able to recognize, identify, communicate, and recommend solutions to problems or significant issues on assigned projects. The Factory / Project Engineer manages all aspects of capital projects including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, design, bidding, construction management and startup. Applies knowledge of technical discipline, core business, or related processing experience to select methods and resources to complete assigned capital projects. Prioritizes tasks within assigned capital projects and effectively delegates within the constraints of project organization. Reviews PFDs and P& IDs.
