Working knowledge of product and quality assurance principles and practices. Ability to read and interpret drawings, to perform detail process audits, to effectively interface with Operations engineers and technicians in resolving quality related issues. Must exhibit self confidence to challenge embedded behaviors and practices for continuous improvement. A self starter who can complete assigned tasks with little direct supervision. Candidate must have the ability to work with end item customers for product sell-off and have the ability to Source Inspect complex assemblies and circuit cards. Experience in executing quality practices, surveillance and oversight in a fast paced production environment. Hands-on person looking for possible long term opportunity with growth potential (Preference is to have a seasoned professional with 4 5 years experience but a recent college grad who had internships in an environment similar to BAE Systems may be acceptable too.)
