A fast growing International Company operating in Oil Field Services seeks

FIELD SERVICES MANAGERS

Location
To manage Surface Logging (Mud Logging) Operations in West Africa, North Africa, Europe and several South American countries. The position may require expatriation on a yearly assignment basis.

The responsibilities
The Field Services Manager runs the operations department of the country at the lowest costs (for the Company) and provides a high quality service to our clients.
The responsibilities and duties include managing all field personnel and maintenance team, logistics, interface with clients, invoicing, service quality, introduction of new technologies, safety implementation, motivation and training of personnel, crew changes and reporting to the Country Manager.

The candidate
Eligible candidates have proven experience in a similar position within an Oil Field Services Contractor. The Company gives priority to experienced candidates, working on Home Country Status with a strong motivation to relocate on International Contract outside their country of origin. Candidates must have the capacities and skills to quickly grow to higher management positions. (For instance candidates rated A-2, A-3 in their current position).
