Senior PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER with proven track record in managing project controls teams needed in California to provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists. MUST have 10 + years REFINERY experience and expert skills with project controls tools, estimating, cost engineering, scheduling, construction management and corporate business management acumen. MS or MBA in Construction Management or Engineering is desirable. Administrative duties include personnel motivation and review, with responsibility to recommend specific position description definition, hiring, firing, promotions & changes in the salary of those individuals that they direct. Must be proficient with P5 Primavera, MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint, RISK, Oracle, ProLog and be capable of supervising the implementation of WBS, CBS and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract.
