Project Services Site Coordinator

CCL has been requested by a leading Oil & Gas Energy company to provide a Project Services Site Coordinator (contract administration, cost control, reporting, planning and progress measurement, technical & correspondence communications) reporting to Project Manager. After initial period in London, position will be based in Paris or Singapore at contractor locations during project engineering / fabrication phases, and then based at construction site in Kazakhstan during fabrication, installation and commissioning phases. Contract duration of 1 year (renewable). Excellent daily rates / living allowances.
Engineering or technical degree. Good technical, interpersonal and team-working skills. Well-developed communication and presentation skills including written and spoken English to allow effective reporting to Project Manager on all contract administration, cost control, reporting, planning and document control issues. Working knowledge of all relevant discipline codes and standards in particular those applicable in RoK. Excellent computer skills.
Minimum of 12 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore. Not less than 8 years of experience of EPC projects and contract administration. Working in a prior similar role would be beneficial. Ability to identify, analyse and resolve complex technical / contractual / commercial problems. Full understanding of planning and executing projects. Proactive approach to decision process. Full understanding of HSE importance in planning and executing projects. Proactive approach to HSE issues and process safety / hazard management.
