Job descriptionThe primary focus of the role will be to develop and implement Contractor Performance Management (CPM) and Contractor Relationship Management (CRM) processes across our clients Global operations.
Contractor Performance Management:
Leading the development and implementation of the Group’s Contractor Performance Management process.
This will include:-
Identification of priority categories in due consideration of value adding potential;
Engaging and enrolling leadership and key stakeholders from HSSE, and technical disciplines in the implementation of CPM;Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop KPIs.
Implementing a system to collect, and support the analysis of KPI data;
Coaching cross-functional teams during Contractor Performance Review meetings;
Identifying opportunities to implement Contract performance related incentive programs
Codifying the CPM process, and providing ongoing support and training.
Leading the implementation of process and systems to ensure effective relationships are maintained with key contractors.
This will include:-
Working with stakeholders to identify key Contractor Relationships
Stakeholder mapping
Supporting the implementation of Global Business Reviews with key contractors
Developing systems and processes to ensure appropriate knowledge sharing
Third party spend analysis and awareness:
Implementing processes to ensure awareness and understanding of both historic and anticipated future spend across the Group.
Developing spend reports and management information based on output from the SAP and Procon systems;
Analysis of the Group’s third party spend to illuminate C&P opportunities, and assist in the prioritization of activities;
Experience Needed
Senior Procurement and Contracts / Supply Chain Management role in an operator or major contractor environment.
Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, and C&P with prior exposure to drilling, projects and production operations.
Prior experience in the development and execution of Contractor Performance Management and Contractor Relationship Management processes.
International experience, ideally having worked in overseas asset environments
Skilled in operating in an intensive HSSE culture.
RequirementsBachelor degree or equivalent required, and ideally M.Cips.
Energetic, enthusiastic individual with a passion for driving C&P excellence into the business.
Confident self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and capable of setting personal objectives and agenda to meet business requirements
