IMMEDIATE NEED for a Project Architect for the Tri-State area of NJ. A BS in Architecture or an Architect License with 10+ years of experience is required. Seeking a person experienced in preparing project budgets in relation to construction services. Candidate will be knowledgeable of preparing contracts with consultants, owners and compliance of contracts. Responsibility includes preparing the program, preliminary design, design development and construction drawings. Able to revise drawings and develop construction documents; issuing documents for bid and permit along with receiving logs and processing documents timely and in accordance with the client architect agreement. Qualified candidate will travel to sites, prepare field reports, assess problems, make recommendations and report to the General Manager. Members of AIA or IAIA is a plus.

• Discuss a commercial project you were responsible for.

• Discuss a challenging project you completed, what made it challenging

• Briefly discuss previous architect projects

• Are you willing to travel up to 25%
