Manufacturer of machine parts is searching for a MECHANICAL DESIGNER with 5+ years experience to work in their northern IL facility. The successful candidate will design components for multiple projects involving a variety of machines using Solid Works software. The candidate must be familiar with machine tool operation and experienced with sheetmetal construction. The position requires an Associates Degree or equal and 5+years experience. The position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with little direction. This is a full time position and the client prefers to hire contract to permanent. At this time looking for local candidates.

• Do you have an Associates or technical school training and certification? From where? When?

• Do you have 5+ years mechanical design experience? Where? When?

• Describe your experience using Solid Works. How many hours?

• Where do you live? Are you willing to work in North Central IL?
