Project Secretary - Batam Based
(Singapore - Batam)

Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial support
* Sort, check, distribute and file correspondence / documents in accordance with the quality management system.
* Prepare business presentation and slides, correspondence (emails, faxes, letters), documents (reports and specifications) in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects and Outlook.
* Distribute, monitor and, when appropriate, respond to mail, faxes and general correspondence.
* Provide document word processing and document formatting assistance, and develop and amend spreadsheets as requested.
* Issue agendas, attend meetings, take minutes and distribute approved minutes as directed.
* Develop sound knowledge of project policies and standards to provide information, ideas and support to the staff.
* Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
* Safety – Be responsible for personal safety and safe working practices as part of the Operations team. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Requirements:
* Diploma in secretarial/administrative or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
* Secretarial and administrative experience will be advantageous
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English
* Good typing speed
* Applicants should be Singaporean, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
