In line with our growth strategies and as part of our continued fast-track global expansion, we are seeking driven, dynamic, proactive and resourceful candidates for the following positions:-

Administration Manager
(Selangor - Seri Kembangan, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

* Will be responsible for planning and monitoring all administration matters to ensure efficiency and effectiveness practices across the group. Scope of duties also includes:-
* Proper organize, implementing cost effective system and monitor of office expenses ie. Telephones, printing, photocopy machine, office utilities and maintenance etc;
* Developing and implementing of administration policies, procedures and systems;
* Monitoring the allocation and maintenance of all company cars and staff house;
* Supervising and organizing the maintenance and cleanliness of all office buildings;
* Proper monitoring and control on staff house;
* Regular check on all site offices.

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Human Resource or equivalent;
* Minimum 5 years working experience as Administration Manager in oil & gas/manufacturing industry;
* Excellent interpersonal skills, highly energetic, self driven and able to handle challenges independently;
* Able to communicate well with all levels of saffs.
* Strong personality with vast security administration experience.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
