We are home-grown world class manufacturer of process equipment of the global upstream and downstream oil, gas petrochemical and mineral industries and a wholly owned subsidiary of a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad. In line with our growth strategies and as part of our continued fast-track global expansion, we are seeking driven, dynamic, pro-active and resourceful candidates for the following positions:-

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
(Selangor - Seri Kembangan)

Responsibilities:
* Strategic Operations and Finance Assistance.
* General correspondence.
* Appointment/Meetings/Scheduling & Planning.
* Coordination of inter departments.
* Management reporting and financial reviews.
* Review of KPI(s) achievements.

Requirements:
* Degree in Finance/Accounting or in Engineering.
* Preferably male, age between 32 to 45 years old.
* Good command of spoken and written in English/Mandarin/B. Malaysia.
* Resourceful, initiative, pro-active and able to handle multifunctional task and confidential matters.
* Minimum 8 years working experience in oil & gas or construction industries.
* Posses own transport and must be willing to travel locally and overseas.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
