HR GENERALIST (3–6 months contract) Opportunity to convert to Permanent Role
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for implementing the Performance Management & Salary Review and improves the accuracy of HRMS in Singapore. The Generalist will be the key person to drive the entire performance management and salary review for Singapore.

• Educate the business on the performance management, salary review and market adjustment.
• Manage, implement and coordinate performance and merit review and processes and personnel records in HRMS
• Act as a Business Advisor to address any performance management and salary review issues.
• Identify improvements on data accuracy in HRMS and update the employee records in HRMS
• Generating of performance and salary reports

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma with at least 4-5 years of relevant generalist experience, experienced in implementing performance and merit review
• Advanced skills in excel, word and power point
• Good level of understanding of HRMS
• Preferably someone who has Compensation & Benefits / HRIS experience.
• Meticulous, details oriented
