We have been involved as a process engineering builder providing multidiscipline engineering capabilities, project management, local fabrication content and startup services and have perform engineering contracting for process skid packages to turnkey projects.

ESCO PROCESS (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE LTD (ESCOAP) is a Singapore Registered Company. We have been in business since 1989. Our customers are mainly in the Oil and Gas, Petroleum, Water, Environmental and Energy Industries. ESCO Proces delivers plant integrating solutions and project deliverables that includes mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering and supplies. We design and fabricate process packages and control systems.

We have performed projects in Singapore, the nearby countries of Japan, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and as far as South Africa and Qatar. This represents the rich cross cultural aspect of our services that we have adapted where ever we performed.

We started out as an engineering support consultant to the offshore oil & gas industries providing engineering and technical support in South East Asia to process equipment companies prominent in the oil & gas industries. Since then we have work for both onshore and offshore industries from oil & gas facilities to oil refinery, environmental and water treatment.

Mechanical Engineer (Oil & Gas)
(Singapore)

Requirements:
* Familiar with API codes, ASME, NFPA, hydraulic institute & etc.
* Must understand & read P&ID
* Some aspect of weight controls and weight estimates.
* Preparation of equipment specification, preparation of mechanical datasheet, preparation of MTO and work measurement.
* Preparation of mechanical presentation documentation such as general equipment arrangement, vessel details, piping arrangement, pressure vessel calculations, heater calculations, skid calculation, pump selection, sprinkler & etc.
* Competent in welding such as SAW.
* Software competency in Cad and Pipe Stress & PV elite.
* Must demonstrate some overlapping engineering knowhow.
