Toll Offshore Petroleum Services Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toll Asia is widely regarded as the premier offshore supply base in the Asia Pacific. Located at the extreme east of Singapore, the entire land area occupied and operated by us is approximately 52 ha, invites suitable candidates to apply for the post of:

EXECUTIVE ESTATE DEPARTMENT
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is expected to be involved in the following areas:
1. Tenant relationship management
2. Monitoring of lease status and preparation of agreements for clients;
3. General Correspondence; assist in the administration of Quotations & Tenders, DWRs, Works Orders, Purchase request, etc.
4. Administration duties, eg. Issuing of car labels, phone calls, filing, etc.

Requirements:
* Must have experience in leasing / contract management
* Preferably a Diploma Holder
* Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
* Excellent communication skills
* Good team player who is able to multi-task
* Competency in computer and database
* Preferably residing in the East
* Must possess a Class 3 Driving Licence
